Baby Doll Hello Kitty

While staying in Nikko, Japan, it began to rain. This put a stop to our touring for the afternoon. We then got on the train and headed to Otsegu to shop for clothes and souvenirs. On the train, I found this young lady dressed like Little Bo Peep in a baby doll outfit.
