"L.A. After Sunset"
On the last day of January 2008, I hiked by myself in Griffith Park to the top of Glendale Peak, a two hour round trip. It was windy and the slightest breeze kept ruining the time exposure by moving the camera. I blocked the wind and caught L.A. After Sunset.

Ya i can almost see ya swearing, re-adjusting the camera.. You know bro I used to do all this art with brush, penicl and bitch and complain about the little mistakes and innaccuricies. Then id look at photography and say to myself...OOoOoo this is SOoooo much easier.. Then the more time i pour into this infernal device from satan, begin to realize the camera is a liar..That basterd lies like a druken sailor to women at some foreign countries bar. ya shoot a pic, you look at what your looking at, then you look at what the camera took, and your like WTF! That not it at all! First it interpets the color wrong like its at a greatful dead concert dropping acid, Oo but then no matter
how hard ya adjust things the lighting always snark up, sometime its even looks good on the small screen ya get home and its complete trash. I dont know how other people do it, perhaps there genius, people born with camera's in there litttle wee baby hands. Iv handed my camera to people who dont know shit about camera's, and some how even they take better pics then me!
much swearing follows...After reading 14 books on the subject. I only recently learned about using color coded cards as part of the picture as a mock for light interpation later(that peice of information costed me over 450$!!). Alas after hundreds of pics most of it still looks like trash. So i learned my lesson, if it looks easy its means its exstremely difficult, and there are some very smart and talented people somewhere laughing at me.
