Hiking Mt Wilson
Andy & Julie climbed Mt. Wilson one early Wednesday morning. Julie is an official Amazon. She's ex-US Army sniper. One of her favorite guns is the M-16. She climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Kenya, Africa. Don't piss her off.

We will use Cardio Dance, Belly Dancing, Bollywood, Hip-Hop, Salsa, and other ethnic dance styles to work those flabby core sections and get a great workout during one solid hour of cardio work! All dances are choreographed to concentrate on strengthening your core. Work off that holiday muffin-top. Move, gyrate, shimmy and you won't even know you are working-out.
