Pen pal from Serbia

This month, I acquired a pen-pal from Serbia through DeviantArt.  I'm enjoying the correspondence.  She touches my heart. I told her I had forgotten to keep notes for my August Journal and was planning on only posting "features."  I told her that hardly anyone comments on the journal and that might be why I didn't care to keep notes for the journal in August.  I said that if people are reading it, they are not telling me. She convinced me to write something anyhow.

Japanese festival

I attended many days at a Japanese festival and am slowly releasing the photos to my watchers on DeviantArt.  Most people are very happy and cooperative to let me take their photograph.

One Armed Push-up

I was taking a hike with some friends and we stopped to do our boot-camp exercises.  My hikes always have at least two climbs and we do boot camp exercises.

Jackknife Sit-up

The jackknife sit-up is done by raising your torso at the same time you raise your legs.  I did this on the mountain peak.

Night-Time Hike with Robin

My friend Robin and I took a hike and went mountain climbing in the dark. This is a lot of fun. It's something that can make you scream.

Zumba

Despite working full-time, playing golf with Barbara, hiking, and doing photography, I still have time to do my Zumba workouts two to three times a week.

Working in the Hospital

The fun part about working in a hospital is that you never know what problems you will be solving and what work you will be doing. The bad part about working in a hospital is that you never know what problems you will be solving and what work you will be doing. Sometimes, it's like working in an air traffic control tower.
